Chai Gluten Free and Vegan Frosting

I made chai gluten free and vegan frosting to put on top of the gluten free muffins we got from Rumi’s Passion bakery
4-5 tbsp earth balance
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg, clove, cardamom

Using a hand mixer, keep adding little bits of powdered sugar and spices to the earth balance in a bowl. Blend until it is crumbly and won’t mix together. Then add a few drops of water, or milk. Blend until creamy.

This makes the best topping for cinnamon rolls. Or any baked goods right out of the oven, it turns into a glaze! Or refrigerate and pipe onto cooled cakes. It’s also amazing on graham crackers.
